First sustainable credit to the Mexican cement industry agreed

BBVA Mexico has formalised a sustainable credit for MXN2.2bn (US$88.7m) over a five-year term to Cooperativa La Cruz Azul. According to the bank, it is the first sustainable credit in the Mexican cement industry and also the first of this year. Loesche to supply Cruz Azul plants with coal and petcoke VRMs

Loesche has now sold two coal/petcoke grinding mills to Cooperativa La Cruz Azul SCL for its production facilities in Hidalgo, 80km north of Mexico City, and the Lagunas plant in Oaxaca in the south of the country.
